Neon Quattro are a Fish Food Item introduced in the Shipwrecked DLC. They can be obtained by stocking Fish Farms with Roe, together with Purple Groupers, Pierrot Fish and Tropical Fish. They can be used in the Crock Pot, and count as 0.5 units of Meat and 1 unit of Fish. They are specifically required to cook the Tropical Bouillabaisse. Neon Quattro cannot be dried using a Drying Rack. When consumed, they will immediately lower the player's temperature by 3 degrees.

Placeholder TriviaEdit

  • Neon Quattro Fish were added to the Shipwrecked DLC more than a year after its official completion in the Home Sea Home update, after being tested in a beta branch for several months.
  • According to Wickerbottom, the Neon Quattro is a close relative to the neon tetra, a species of freshwater fish in real life. However, the neon tetra is much smaller than the Neon Quattro appears in the game.
    • The name "Quattro" is most likely a reference to this, with the word tetra meaning "four" in Greek, and cuatro meaning "four" in Spanish.
